Landing Face First
Real life became too much for me this year and I ended up not having enough time to work on my NaNo project. I actually kind of feel like a failure; I was so hoping that I’d be able to balance my schedule with writing this year, but it’s alright. I realized that I need to take some time and feel out In the Land of a Thousand Suns so that I can get the right feel for the novel.
In the meantime, my attention is going to turn back to The Guardians once more. I’m sick and tired of not having something I can show to someone. I know, I know; it’s nobody’s fault but mine, and I take full responsibility and make no excuses. It’s time to finish this thing and get it moving in the right direction. So, in closing, 2011 has been pretty much a bust in writing, but I’m not gonna let the year go out without getting back to PARADISE LOST. Mark my words, this isn’t over yet!
