Taking Off

Through some bizarre circumstances, I wasn’t able to write yesterday so I’ve spent the day playing catch up. In the little spare time I had yesterday, though, I managed to map out what ground I was going to cover in the story today, which was actually pretty helpful (who knew planning ahead could actually save some time!). Eventually, I looked down at the clock and in an hour, I had written about 1200 words, then a half hour later I had hit my 1750 that I try to aim for every day. You honestly don’t know how happy I am to be back in my writing groove where I can turn out a thousand words in no time flat! Let’s just hope this spree keeps up!
